Great place to find those hard-to-find bits, built with quality.
It's hard to find leather-covered bits, but Cavalon have a good variety, at a reasonable price. This is my 3rd one of these bits, over a number of years. It's important not to let the horse eat anything when wearing a leather covered bit, as any feed can and will get caught under the leather, and in the stitching, and will harbour bacteria and reduce the life of the leather. Looked after well, these bits last well.

This is a great bit for my very discerning mare. Much happier about bridling and really seems to hold the bit very differently than other bits (which she seemed to just want gone).
