Cavalon Lifetime Warranty Policy

What Does the Warranty Cover?

  • Manufacturing Defects: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring that your Cavalon bit meets the highest standards of quality.

What is Not Covered?

While we stand by our products, the following items and circumstances are not covered under our warranty:
  1. Wear and Tear: Normal wear caused by regular use, including but not limited to:
    1. Rusting: Sweet iron bits are designed to rust as part of their functionality, promoting salivation and bit acceptance.
    2. Surface scratches or scuffs.
  2. Leather Bits: Due to the natural materials used, leather bits are excluded from the lifetime warranty.
  3. Accessories and Attachments: Components such as curb chains, bit guards, or other attachments that come with some bits are not covered by the warranty.

Eligibility for Warranty Claims

To make a claim under our warranty policy:
  1. Original Buyer Only: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.
  2. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, at the time of your claim.

How to File a Warranty Claim
